Testimonials

Sessions were handled with care and creativity taking into consideration the participants. Facilitators were experienced to patiently clear our doubts. Group work was good to analyze our own selves.

The sessions helped me become more conscious and aware of the dynamics of a community. It helped me to grow in my ways of relating to the members of my community and to other people whom I am relating with especially in my ministry. It gave me knowledge, skills to help build a community of blessings.

The sessions helped me to understand more about myself and others. It changed my ways of doing, seeing and relating with my sisters in the community and people in the mission as well. I appreciate the process very much, because it helped me to discover my hidden self and learn to grow on it. In all the processes, I gained confidence in my leadership style. I also learned how to be a good leader.
