
Young, Midlife, Elder: Adult Lifespans in Formation
This course provides formators with handles to better understand the psycho-emotional development of the three adult stages and their implications on consecrated life.
Learning Objectives:
- To understand the search for identity of the young adult vis-a-vis the demands of transitioning from initial formation to early ordained / professed stage
- To explore the revisiting of commitments at mid-life vis-a-vis the demands for more responsibilities in ministry
- To reflect on and address the challenge of embracing the call for a deeper spirituality among eldering religious / clergy
