Navigating Difficult Interactions
This course will provide psychological tools that can be used for initial vocation assessment and ongoing growth of formands, and insights on how results of psychological tests may be used for individual and group formation. Formators will also be given the opportunity to practice assessment skills such as interviewing and intervention planning.
