This course focuses on giving formators the necessary tools and strategies to navigate challenging interpersonal situations within their ministerial roles.

Learning Objectives:

To identify common challenges in interpersonal relationships encountered in ministry
To learn effective interpersonal skills for addressing personal reactions as well as dealing with conflict and giving feedback
To foster helpful attitudes such as openness, care, and self-compassion towards improving relationships with others
