The reality of old age often presents challenges for those who are transitioning to late life stage as well as those caring for them. This workshop will participants:
- Understand various perspectives on aging and challenge preconceived notions and biases
- Identify interventions that promote positive aging
- Foster attitudes of acceptance, gratitude, and hope when addressing issues related to aging
